We had a wonderful brunch at Stax Cafe. The cozy atmosphere made it the perfect setting to relax. We ordered an omelette and a French toast, both cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The freshly squeezed juices were a refreshing highlight, and the staff provided friendly and attentive service. I can’t wait to come back and explore more of the menu!

Got the cinnamon roll mini waffles and side of eggs. The eggs were really well made. Honestly would come back for those alone. Completely demolished them before i could take a picture. But here are the waffles. They were also delicious.

Stax cafe was truly a delight for both the palate and mind. I’ve always had a soft spot for brunch spots over traditional restaurants, and the inviting aroma of fresh coffee paired with a hearty breakfast just brightens my day. I thoroughly enjoyed the beautifully prepared three veggie omelette served with perfectly roasted potatoes and an English muffin alongside a cup of freshly bruised coffee, it was absolutely amazing my friend opted for the impressive, three layered, oats and blueberry pancake, which was bursting with cinnamon, scented freshness, and just the right amount of sweetness, we savored every bite and each moment spent in the cafe. The atmosphere was wonderfully energizing, making our visit all the more memorable.

This breakfast spot is sooo cute! Came here for a final breakfast for a birthday weekend and it did not disappoint! I got the buttermilk pancakes with a side of bacon and orange juice for drink... everything was 10/10! The pancakes were HUGE so I liked that I had some to take home and the bacon with pepper was delicious! Perfect for a date, friend outing or families!

Stax Cafe - A Breakfast Heaven! I had the pleasure of visiting Stax Cafe during my trip to Chicago, and it was a delightful experience! The menu is packed with delicious options, especially for breakfast lovers. The pancakes were fluffy and flavorful, just perfect! The avocado toast was fresh, and the Cappuccino was lovely The staff was friendly and attentive, making the atmosphere feel cozy and welcoming. The portions were generous, and I left feeling full and satisfied. If you’re in Chicago and looking for a great brunch spot, Stax Cafe is a must-visit!

This place was great. Average per person for us was 45. Had omelet with side of bacon. Bacon was a black forest bacon. Not my favorite lol but the food was great. Also loved the mini waffles. You have the option of mini waffles toast or mini pancakes. Staff was very friendly. The place is small and the tables are very snug. So be aware you will be very close to your neighbor.

My mom and I have been here multiple times. We are always greeted by Olivia and served by Alejandro. Olivia is the sweetest and she helps with the doors and finds us a wheelchair accessible table for my mom. Alejandro is attentive and gives the best service. The food here is always hot and tastes amazing!! It comes out fast too. We will keep coming back thanks to this wonderful staff!!
